"Order confirmed, then no one followed up"
I placed an order with thejewelhut.co.uk and got the confirmation email straight away, but after that it was just silence. No proper dispatch update, no clear delivery info, and I ended up having to keep checking for myself, which is frustrating when you’ve already paid.

Maybe the order will still show up, but the whole process has felt messy and stressful so far. I think they need to take more responsibility for keeping customers informed instead of leaving people guessing. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t be in a hurry to order from them again

"Delivery was a lot slower than expected"
I ordered this thinking it would arrive fairly quickly, but it ended up taking much longer than I expected. I didn’t really get much in the way of updates either, so I was basically just left waiting. Maybe it was just a one-off, but it definitely wasn’t the experience I was hoping for.

I ordered from thejewelhut.co.uk and ended up needing to return the item. The refund did come through in the end, so that was fine, but yeah, it wasn’t exactly super quick. I think I waited around a week or so after they received it back. Not awful or anything, just a bit slower than some other places I’ve used.

I feel stupid for trusting them on this one. For the price, I expected something much nicer, but it looked really cheap when it arrived. Definitely not worth the money, and I’m disappointed...

I reached out to customer service hoping they’d actually help resolve the issue, but the whole experience was disappointing. The support I got felt unhelpful and like my concern wasn’t taken seriously. At this point, I’d expect some kind of compensation or at least a proper follow-up to make this right

I had an issue with my order and, getting it dealt with was more hassle than it should’ve been. I kept having to follow up, and a lot of the replies felt like they hadn’t properly read what I’d already explained. In the end, I’ve kind of accepted the outcome just because I don’t want to keep going in circles, but I’m still not happy with it. It took far too long for something that seemed simple, and I don’t think I’d use them again

I ordered a silver bracelet expecting the one in the picture, but what showed up was a totally different style. Delivery was fine, I guess, but then I was the one stuck having to contact them and get it sorted out, which was frustrating. It wasn't a complete disaster, but it feels unfair when you order something simple and still end up having to chase them to fix it. They really need to check orders more carefully...

I ordered a bracelet because the site showed it was in stock, then later got an email saying it actually wasn’t available. Maybe I was too quick to trust the listing, but it was meant to be a gift, so it was frustrating. I waited around for the update and now I have to find it somewhere else. If something isn’t really available, it shouldn’t let you check out with it. Not the best first order, honestly.

They kept saying my order was on the way, but the tracking changed nonstop and it still never showed up when promised. I had to keep checking it myself because nothing matched what they said. it was really frustrating and felt like a bunch of broken promises. Not worth the hassle.

I really like how it looks, especially since that’s the first thing I notice when I wear it. The clasp does feel a bit light when I’m putting it on, but once it’s on, I don’t pay much attention to it. Overall, it’s lovely for the price

"Delivery cost put me off a bit"
The item itself was fine, but the shipping charge was feel too much for what I bought. It’s annoying when the price looks decent, then the postage bumps it up at checkout. I probably wouldn’t bothered again unless the delivery is cheaper.
